1.
Introduction and objective -
In the contemporary time, rapid changes are taking place
in all dimensions of human-existence. So, it would be
essential to evolve appropriate strategies. one such strategy
for goal oriented change is an organized system of training.
Training is a conscious effort to improve employees skills,
power of intelligence and performance.
The Main
objective of training is to provide knowledge & skill to human
resource working with cooperative banking sector. To achieve this
object we are imparting training to the employees of short term
cooperative credit structure viz Apex Bank, District Central
Cooperative Banks & PACS etc.
2. Infrastructure Available
-
ACSTI Bhopal (Apex Banks Training College, Bhopal)
started in the year 1985 & constructed its own building in 1992
with hostel and other required facilities. Building of college
constructed under NCDC-III storage project with world Bank
assistance. NABARD has started providing financial assistance
since 1994. Nabard has supported us to improve the quality of
training. Recently we have established a wel -equipped computer
lab to impart computer training. To make effective training we
are using modern visual-Aids. We are also possessing a library
for participants & Faculty members.
There is
a standing committee to review and approve course calendar
and other activities as per Soft Cob scheme of nabard.
